I lost 20kgs in one year through diet and gym post weight loss my thighs are looking saggy n cellulite looking more prominent. I gained 10kgs to fill in the thighs again but not much improved. Will thermage or laser make the wrinkles look lesser? I cant do surgery as m unmarried. Does thermage or skin tightening procedure will help on my front thighs?should i gain more weight? Age 23 please help. Thank you
