Is eyelid Thermage contraindicated for a patient who has formally had transconjunctival blepharoplasty?

I had transconjunctival blepharoplasty back in 2002 and was interested in trying lower eyelid Thermage to refresh my results and potentially improve the slightly crepey skin in that area. In your experience, does a previous surgery (even if over a decade ago) increase the risk of adverse outcomes with lower eyelid Thermage? Thank you

Radiofrequency done properly shouldn't cause fat loss.  Fillers like radiesse, sculptra, and fat can be used to give you more long term improvement.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Please post photos for further evaluation. Treatment will depend on the amount of sagging or elasticity of skin. We often combine with ThermiRF, sculptra, and microneedling/lasers for wrinkling of skin on legs. Often if very saggy, surgery is the only option. Please see an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

Thermage and ultherapy are options but will do very little.  you would need additional cellutone and venus legacy treatments.  You are more a candidate for a tummy tuck with hi definition sculpting. I suggest you see an expert for treatment if you truly want a flat stomach.  Best, Dr. Emer.
