Is eyelid Thermage contraindicated for a patient who has formally had transconjunctival blepharoplasty?

I had transconjunctival blepharoplasty back in 2002 and was interested in trying lower eyelid Thermage to refresh my results and potentially improve the slightly crepey skin in that area. In your experience, does a previous surgery (even if over a decade ago) increase the risk of adverse outcomes with lower eyelid Thermage? Thank you

If fillers have not worked for you I would consider Sculptra or fat grafting into that area. Sculptra would produce your own collagen and last for over two years.  Please consult an expert.  Best, Dr. Green

The best combination based on your photo would be Coolsculpting to reduce the fat in the area and Thermage to tighten the skin.  This two prong approach will give you the best non-surgical approach.  Best, Dr. Green
