Fat loss in the NL fold as a result of radio frequency treatment.

I lost a substantial amount of fat in my left side lower medial cheek/nl fold area after a thermage treatment several years ago. I have tried every HA filler in the book like Voluma many times over but nothing has ever worked to plump the sunken area out. Are there any other options?

The best combination based on your photo would be Coolsculpting to reduce the fat in the area and Thermage to tighten the skin.  This two prong approach will give you the best non-surgical approach.  Best, Dr. Green

You would have the best results with a surgical tummy tuck, provided you have finished having children.  That being said, I have had many patients who were happy with Thermage to improve this area until they were finished having children.  Please consult an expert.  Best, Dr. Green
