Attached are photos of donor ,5 day after transplant and 5 month after transplant. Extremely tensed, my surgeon saying it will sort out after 8 months. Grafts removed was somewhere between 3000 - 3500 and I used to have very high dense hair at back.

Anti dandruff shampoo will help with flaking. Losing the initially grafted follicles is part of the normal hair cycle and should not cause you concern. You should expect new hair growth 4-6 months.
Thanks for the question. Based on your photos, the 1500-2000 grafts might be good option for you, but it would be wrong to say something for sure. You should see a board certified surgeon. You can then plan the process together and discuss the results. I wish you all the best.
