Donor area has yellow crust. Is this infected or normal? Is it true grafts are different from amount of strands that grow?

4 days FUT. my donor has yellow crust. Not painful then usual ... is this infected or normal??? Is it true grafts are different from amount of strands that grow? Thanks for any help.
