Recently I’ve noticed that my entire nose makes all kinds of popping and clicking sounds when I move it. Do I need surgery?

I’ve had my nose punched multiple times and hit in other situations, and I’ve had many nose bleeds. The sound seems to be coming from my nose cartilage? Is it broken and if so can I live with it being that way or is surgery absolutely necessary?

A crooked columella can be caused by a crooked lower septum. If this is the case it can be corrected by excising cartilage from the lower end of the septum. Yours is not nearly as bad as many I have seen so I would not let somebody do a complicated procedure on you.
