Multiple granulomas from Juvederm Volux in jawline. How can I treat this? (Photo)

Question

I had two vials of Volux injected in my jawline 6/8/23, then one vial on 7/6/23. It appeared the filler migrated and developed a granuloma on 7/16/23 and three more on 8/12/23. Tried methylprednisolone, prednisone, and two rounds Hyaluronidase on the first granuloma. I've had fillers and Botox for years. Should mention I have vitiligo and occasional eczema and use Opzelura around my eyes and upper lip. Can you please offer any advice to resolve the granulomas? Thanks for your time.
