Intact bridge fell out -- reused for implanted bridge?

A 12 year old 'Marilyn bridge' literally fell out of my mouth, as the teeth below had decayed. The oral surgeon suggested putting two implant posts instead of three, and put a new bridge in. There will be about six months between the time the bridge fell out and a new one will be installed. Is it possible to refabricate my existing -- completely perfect on the outside -- bridge to be fitted onto the titanium screws? This will save me $5k or so, which is a lot of money to me.
