I was wearing a temporary dental bridge on lower 4 front teeth. I swallowed it today. Can this cause an intestinal perforation?

Odds are you'll pass it without issue. If you have issues with bowel movements in the next few days, you should see your medical doctor. Otherwise, there's very little chance it will cause a perforation.

More than likely this won't be a problem. If you have any symptoms though you should contact your Physician.
