I have broken out in tiny bumps with whiteheads after my second microneedling treatment. Normal reaction to trauma? (Photo)

This is my second microneedling treatment. After my first treatment, I broke out in larger bumps (hive-like) and they went away in 4 days. I am concerned because these have white heads and are different in size. They appeared overnight (last night) and so did the larger bumps during my last treatment cycle.
