Nose looks long 8 months post-op - will it shorten over time?

I do not think your nasal tip will lift over the remaining healing period. That said you appear to have a pleasing nasal appearance and in that regard you should not rush into another nasal operation. Thank you. Dr Joseph

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

Will your tip projection come down with time? Overall your results seem to be OK. There may be some slight additional reduction of swelling in the tip over time . There does seem to be a tiny amount of tip over projection. I doubt this will improve with time, but I would give it a few more months.
