I had one Coolsculpting procedure in November of 2023 . I am noticing an increase in the size of my lower abdomen where I believe that I may have the unwanted side effects called paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH). How can I diagnose and treat this without an invasive procedure?

Hello and thank you for your question. I would recommend CoolSculpting for this area. I would do two cycles then repeat the 2 cycles one month later. This will not cause sagging.

I would not see an issue with having CoolSculpting done 2 weeks after general anesthesia for a rhinoplasty. The general anesthetic would be worn off by 2 weeks and there should not be a problem having the CoolSculpting done.
