I’m interested in any options to get rid of my banana rolls/ double gluteal fold. I’ve looked into liposuction but the risk of sagging scares me. Would cool sculpting or kybella be better options? (In terms of sagging)? any tips or answers are highly appreciated (I’m 30y/old and fit)
Answer: Coolsculpting Hello and thank you for your question. I would recommend CoolSculpting for this area. I would do two cycles then repeat the 2 cycles one month later. This will not cause sagging.

Answer: I do not see any banana rolls Thank you for your photos. I do n to see any banana rolls on the photos provided. You absolutely should not get any liposuction tone. You should focus on lifting the butt and firming it and not removing the support.

Answer: Double buttocks crease.... What you have is normal and common. I think you have a beautiful buttocks the way it is. It is not worth placing scars on your buttocks to try to fix this. Definitely do not do kybella or liposuction. These will only make it worse.

Improper reduction of the banana roll results in your buttocks becoming very, very saggy.
