Trying to decide what route to go for fat removal. I am a weight lifter and within the last year have started HRT and am getting treatment for hypothyroidism with NP thryoid. I have greatly reduced overall body fat in the past and still have fat around midsection. I dont want to get that extreme again, just want the stomach gone. I am currently 5'5" and weight 169 lbs.

I would not see an issue with having CoolSculpting done 2 weeks after general anesthesia for a rhinoplasty. The general anesthetic would be worn off by 2 weeks and there should not be a problem having the CoolSculpting done.
Dear The Gush:
At MD Skin Science we use multiple devices to reduce excess fat and tighten the upper arms. I think you would benefit most from CoolSculpting. You could have one, possibly two sessions using the CoolFit applicator, and expect to see a reduction of 28% of the treated fat disappear...
PAH can occur in almost any individual and at any time and after any treatment. The only good thing is that we know that it occurs more frequently in male patients. I hope this helps so good luck from New York City Plastic Surgery.
