I already had two fat transfers to the area - What is the best procedure to reduce eye hollows? (Photo)

Hi doctors, I’m looking for advice on how to smooth the connection between my orbital bone and cheeks. At the moment it looks hollow where the lower eyelid meets the upper cheek, and the transition isn’t as soft as I’d like. I’ve already had two fat transfers in this area, but I still notice the hollowing. I’m unsure if the best option would be: • a lower blepharoplasty • a midface lift • or possibly another approach altogether. My main goal is to achieve a more natural, blended contour between my lower eyelids and cheeks without looking overdone. What procedures would you recommend for someone in my situation, and how do I know which is most appropriate? Thank you for your guidance!
