Hello I am almost 2 weeks on Tuesday. I noticed a tiny white area on my right breast. Is this something I should be concerned about? Not sure if it is puss or just wound healing?

Answer: WOUND HEALING In the photo, seems that one end of the incison open a little, and the white color there is part of the open wound, that is minimal, it does not look infected, but it is better to check with your surgeon.

Answer: Wound at breast incision From your photos, it appears that you have a small dehiscence (separation) of a portion of the incision. Whitish material is most often the product of some dead skin cells. I would recommend contacting your plastic surgeon's office promptly as he or she will want to see you, and will likely have you begin some local wound care and/or antibiotics. Most wounds like this will heal quite well, as long as infection does not develop. Best wishes.
