Ha shoots has no correlation with the effect of Ipl. To treat swelling use Bromelain orally two three times a day. This is pineapple enzyme and is very effective in taking away swelling.

I personally prefer to see any patient who is experiencing an unusual reaction personally. If there is swelling oral Bromelain,pineapple enzyme, two capsules three times a day can be very useful in decreasing swelling within one to two days.

The package insert on accutane clearly states that no cosmetic procedure should done for 6 months after competing course of accutane. Healing is abnormal .
