I have a very noticeable shadow when I take a picture with flash and also in videos. Is this migration or just a shadow?
Answer: Lip Filler Shadow Hi there! It appears that it could be casting from more volume being placed and your lips being larger. This isn't uncommon, especially with a single flash which tends to highlight shadowing more intensely. If it bothers you, maybe try less volume next time to see if improvements are made. Hope this helps!

Answer: Lip filler concern In my personal career I’m having injected fillers starting in the 1990s I’ve never seen fillers migrate and do not believe that they ever do. It is a concept that has been created as an excuse for poor results when providers don’t want to take responsibility for the outcome.Shadows are based on light reflection and that is going to vary based on the direction and angle of the lighting. Creating shadows is not how we judge Aesthetic outcomes. To judge the outcome of any aesthetic procedure we need to see before and after pictures. If you have concerns about the outcome of your treatment then go back and talk to your provider. If you’re not happy with the work they offer you then find someone who does better work. As a reference or a gold standard for what can be achieved with the use of facial fillers I like to refer people to the website of Dr. David Mabrie in San Francisco. his work is some of the finest I’ve ever seen when it comes to the use a facial fillers. Your post doesn’t really give enough background or information to give you any useful information. With enough time the fillers will soon enough be gone and you can start from the beginning.
