Hi im 30 years old and since i was young i've had hollow eyes. Which is the best surgery for me? a friend suggests infraorbital rim implant - is it good ?

I think angle implants would make your face appear masculine, so I would avoid them. Sliding advancement genioplasty combined with rhinoplasty would achieve excellent facial profile balance.
