Burning During Cheek Fillers - Is this something I should be concerned about?

I got cheek fillers done a couple of months back and I should be due to get them touched up soon. However, as the filler was being injected I experience a very uncomfortable burning sensation on my left side only (the right side was fine). The left side was then a lot more red than the right. Is this something I should be concerned about? Should I avoid getting them done again?

Facial sculpting and contouring of the face can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Contour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance.
