Veneer on one tooth? (photo)

Hello! I love my teeth but there is one tooth that is bothering me because it's crooked. I would like to know how much it would cost me to get porcelain veneer on one tooth only? My budget is around 1000$. Would that be enough? Here are 2 pictures: 1 is my smile with my crooked tooth, and the other one is how Ì would like the tooth to look like.

One porcelain veneer to match your other teeth is the most difficult and
 challenging task for cosmetic dentist. However it can be done, and of 
course the charge to have one tooth veneer is costly, usually it starts 
in range of $2500 and up, and specially depending on the expertise of 
the cosmetic dentist, the cost can increase.The cosmetic dentist must do
 a comprehensive evaluation before hand, check the gum level, analyze 
the space available, check the occlusion (the bite), and how much tooth 
removal is the minimal needed, and then advise the master ceramist re 
color, contour, and possibly have custom shade matching and veneer

In some instances like your case, you might be able to achieve your 
desired result with dental bonding, which costs less, and can be around 
$1000, in which your budget is.

I'm impressed with your photoshop skills, however, you already have a straight tooth.... its just rotated. Rotate it in the right position,  it will last longer and look better than any veneer. Consult an orthodontist for your options.

I love your smile too, but a single veneer is definitely not your answer to that rotated tooth  you need your teeth straightened either with braces or Invisalign and there will not be a need for a veneer,  yes I know it's not in your budget but just save up and the wait will be worth it!   Veneers last 10-20 yrs but straightening will be last forever.
