You have an excessive soft tissue chin pad and some chin bone as well. The key to your chin reduction is to understand that much of the problem is in the soft tissue not just the bone. You can have a reduction genioplasty.The incision is done inside your mouth and the bone is cut, or some times shaved.
Your images appear to show that the teeth are 'set back' from the lip area so that the chin is 'relatively' prominent; and is accentuated with smiling. The key is to understand that reducing the chin in profile alone wont make you satisfied usually, so consider augmenting the 'fold' under the lower lip; and also consider discussion with an orthodontist as to the position of the lower teeth and bite.
