I absolutely hate it. Always gave, always will. Also makes me hate smiling. I'm 29 years old. What can I do to slim it down?

You have an excessive soft tissue chin pad and some chin bone as well. The key to your chin reduction is to understand that much of the problem is in the soft tissue not just the bone. Only a submental chin reduction technique will work because it can reduce both the soft tissue chin pad and reshape the bony chin as well.

You can have a reduction genioplasty.The incision is done inside your mouth and the bone is cut, or some times shaved.

Your images appear to show that the teeth are 'set back' from the lip area so that the chin is 'relatively' prominent; and is accentuated with smiling. The key is to understand that reducing the chin in profile alone wont make you satisfied usually, so consider augmenting the 'fold' under the lower lip; and also consider discussion with an orthodontist as to the position of the lower teeth and bite.
