Black spots after laser hair removal. What should I do to get rid of them? (Photo)

Your picture looks like the black spots are hair follicles.  If you recently had a treatment these hairs should work their way out of the skin in a couple of weeks.  If hair has not been recently treated than you would need additional treatments.  If you are not seeing improvement after a year of treatments, you should discuss this with your provider to make sure that the laser settings and the type of laser used is appropriate for your skin type.

It looks like those black dots are hair follicles.  It is hard to give advice without any follow up questions, but if your hair is still growing then you need more treatments. If you just got a treatment, then the hairs will die and stay in the skin until they are pushed out over 2 or so weeks.  Good luck with your treatments.
