I shave often so my hair grows back quickly. I shaved minutes before my treatment so does that effect anything? I have a lot of hair because I shave often so did the treatment work?

Sometimes when your hair has been lasered the hair gets stuck in the follicle and needs to be gently exfoliated or shaven 3 days post treatment. The hair grows in different stages, not being able to know what the stages are at the time of the treatment it is always recommended to do a series of 6.

The laser should have left the skin slightly pink with raised areas or swelling around the hair follicles. If not, then the settings may need to be adjusted up to have an effective treatment. Shaving just before a treatment is fine. The laser only needs the small amount of hair in the skin to work.
