Sacral dimple removal - what procedure and type of doctor should I look for? (Photos)

I have a sacral dimple that I would like to get surgically removed. I’ve had it all my life and have had no symptoms or pain related to it. I just really hate it and am very insecure about it. It looks like a second hole in my crack. I am starting my research but I haven’t found what type of surgeon I can go to as this is about aesthetics.
