Deformed, painful buttocks - could this be fixed? (Photos)

Hello. Several health professsionals have seen my buttocks and haven't seen this type of injury before. Because my toilet is too high and I'm on the heavier side. The toilet seat has compressed into my buttocks which of course is painful, but I am left with buttocks which are deformed. Could this be fixed? Thanks
