Since March 2025 I have lost 17kg and I have another 4-5 to lose. I have been strength training for many many years and I was able to retain a lot ot my muscles, however.. I started noticing a drooping of my lower buttocks. The bottom looks a bit like an empty pocket where the fat used to be. I am 32 - what is the likelyhood of the skin boucing back? What solutions are there to address this? I would like to avoid a bbl to be honest but could a partial fat transfer into the now empty pocket solve the issue?
