1. Dermal fillers
Yes, fillers can be used to gently raise the area under the scar. They can help smooth the transition between your cheek and temple, making the indentation less noticeable. The key is using a soft, precise filler in very small amounts, because the skin around the eyes is thin and overfilling can cause puffiness or an unnatural look. Results are temporary but can be repeated as needed.

2. Fat grafting (microfat transfer)
Fat transfer can provide a longer-lasting solution because it uses your own tissue. A small amount of fat can be carefully placed under the scar to lift it closer to the surrounding skin level. While generally safe, this procedure is slightly more invasive than fillers and requires some healing time. The results can be very natural, especially for deeper indentations.

3. Safety considerations
