Atrophic scars after 2 rhinoplasties - how can I treat this? (PHOTOS)

ksenon
I had 2 rhinoplasties 10 years ago – the 2nd was done just about 1 month after the 1st one because something happened with the profile of my nose. Several years after I’ve started noticing my pores started uniting and creating atrophic scars. It looks like under the skin, there is an involution of tissue happening underneath. Since that time I have tried: PRP, fraxel, amino acids, Co2, microneedling with collagen injections and nanofat – all without noticeable results. I’ve also found out later I likely have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) hypermobile type, and the skin on the nose of my mother has very enlarged pores. One observation – it seems there is no normal blood circulation in the tissue of my nose and nose itself often feels cold. I am desperate to find the regenerative approach that could work, since the problem is progressing, and the doctors don’t really know what to do. Thank you in advance for your opinion!
