I had a rhinoplasty done exactly 8 months ago now. However I've become more aware that as the swelling has gone down my upper/middle bridge is wider than other parts of my nose. It feels bone like to touch but the skin on top on these areas feels squishy and loose. I was told by my surgeon a couple months ago to perform a massage on my nose as it should be tissue but I'm finding little to no difference.

I personally would recommend the nose first for one reason. When doing a rhinoplasty a breathing tube is placed and could possibly, although unlikely , break your veneers. It’s unlikely but it would be nice to avoid this possibility.
Accutane will effect the healing and scar development. It is recommended that elective surgery be avoided for 12 month after the completion of Accutane treatment.
Hi @Humorous525948. You are an excellent candidate for rhinoplasty. I recommend seeing an expert rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination.
Best of luck,
