Question

I had a rhinoplasty done exactly 8 months ago now. However I've become more aware that as the swelling has gone down my upper/middle bridge is wider than other parts of my nose. It feels bone like to touch but the skin on top on these areas feels squishy and loose. I was told by my surgeon a couple months ago to perform a massage on my nose as it should be tissue but I'm finding little to no difference.

Thank you for your questions and for sharing your photographs.
It is completely understandable that one would be concerned about the appearance of his/her nose after a rhinoplasty surgery.
It is however important to appreciate that it takes at least 12 months for the healing progress to complete. During this period, some irregularities present just after surgery may disappear or new ones may appear. Of course, some patients may require a revision surgery, but this is not performed until the healing process is complete. I am afraid, you need to remain patient though it feels difficult to do so.
