How to make sure I don’t end up with a more upturned, pinched nose?

Dani966
My main concern is reducing how far my nose sticks out from the side and reducing my radix for a more feminine look. I’d like my nose to sit lower, reduce nostril flare and pinched look, as if I’ve already had a rhino that was overdone. I see so many piggy pinched noses and I want the opposite effect! Im afraid I’m asking for such a different outcome than typical that doctors won’t know what to do. How do I word what to ask for so that I’m not botched?
