I want my tip + nostrils smaller/less bulky, and my bridge thinner and straighter. I only want a little tip lifting, just so that when I smile my nose doesn't droop. A surgeon suggested open rhinoplasty w/ septal graft, but I see that many doctors use rib cartilage... I really dislike the distance between my upper lip and the base of my nose (you can't tell as much in this picture b/c my head is raised). Can I get a lip lift at the same time of the rhinoplasty, or what order? Before or after?
