Encapsulated Seroma and Fibrosis - can this be treated? (Photos)

martha2004
I had Liposuction revision to fix a previous bad liposuction. I had jplasma which didn’t do much but due to this I had drains, I unfortunately developed a seroma that was drained over 3+ months ago. the sack the seroma was in seems to have hardened. My issue is that it’s now creating a bump and show like pouch in my lower tummy. I have asked my doctor and they say it’s Likely not. Due to the seroma which I found odd considering it’s exactly where the seroma was and the same exact shape. I also had extreme fibrosis and the revision based lipo was to primarily treat that, its improved maybe 50% however I still have it. I was told it’ll go away in a year which u can’t trust. Is there anything I can do to treat the seroma and fibrosis that is non surgical? I’m not considering a tummy tuck at this time as I don’t have kids and will wait until then. I m getting massages but nothing is working on the bump which I’ve been told by the lady that does my massages is likely an encapsulated seroma sack.
