RF Microneedling before or after gastric sleeve?

Hi. I would like to get RF microneedling under my arms and on my face and neck. Would I be better off getting this done before or after weight loss surgery (gastric sleeve)? Thanks!

You want to be within 10 lbs of your ideal weight before any facial tightening treatments . So with the gastric sleeve you probably will lose much more weight then once you are close to your ideal stabilized weight you can do a skin tightening procedure .. microneedling works for skin texture  wrinkles and  scars , but if you are doing it for skin tightening results then it is ideal to be close to your baseline weight …. As for the arms , if you are expecting to tighten the skin , microneedling is not ideal at all for body , I would suggest J plasma after the sleeve and weight has stabilized
