Hello, I am 25 yr old female seeking to freshen up my appearance. I’m not quite sure what procedure I need to accomplish the look I’m trying to achieve. I have protruding eyes and lower cheekbones, so underneath my eyes there is a hollowness that ages me & takes away from the beauty of my eyes. Also one eye appears slightly lazier than the other. I want to have fuller cheek bones & more elegant eyes.

If you have a history of TMJ, or if you chew a lot of gum, your Masseter muscles may in fact be enlarged. If that is the case, in my opinion, Botox would be the best first place to start, not fillers to your cheeks. I hope this helps! Sincerely, Dr Joseph

A combination approach would give the most improvement. Deep wrinkles and smile lines can be improved with a combination of Botox and/or fillers for the lines themselves and to build anatomical support with Sculptra for collagen building. Ultherapy is a great skin tightening device, but works...

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer
