What is best moisturizer to use with Retin-A?

For many years, our office has dealt with moisturization problems associated with Retin A.  At this time, we have switched over to Replenish Cream to minimize discomfort as it contains retinoids alongside a moisturizing base. Our patients seem to tolerate the Replenish Cream much better and we advise them to use Elevase Moisture Booster to moisturizer their skin. Raffy Karamanoukian MD FACS

It depends on what you like. Some people like a thinner, regular lotion like Lubriderm or CeraVe. And others like something thick like SkinCeuticals Emollience.
