My husband and I are trying to conceive so I am looking for something that is similar to this but is safe for pregnancy.

Hi Kirstin.  We love Gycolic and Salicylic acids as an alternative to Retin A, even if you are pregnant.  The exfoliating benefits are similar if a little less agressive with the Gly/Sal combination.  We have anything from a 2%/2% Gly/Sal wash up to a 20% Glycolic cream.  Hope this helps.
