Is this protrusion near my eyebrow/forehead when I smile normal? (Photos)

Question

On the left side of my face near my eyebrow/forehead there seems to be something that protrudes especially when I smile. I’m 24 years old, never had anything done. I’ve been very self conscious about this and I feel like it makes the side of my face looked deformed. I’m not sure if there is a blue vein there, a muscle or a bone that is making the side of my face look like this. I can physically feel and see something there though. Is this normal?

this is your vein, bone, and muscle . it can be improved with botox to the eye and eyebrow area along with fillers to that area (temples and brow).  it will be improved not cured as this is you underlying anatomy.  Best, Dr. Emer.

Subtle assymetries in a persons face are very common.  Somewhat difficult to fully appreciate the area on the pictures, but based on its increased appearance when you smile it is most likely related to muscle movement. Possible treatment to minimize this would be with botox. Certainly a comprehensive visit with a facial expert for a full evaluation and discussion of treatment options is warranted.
