Usually patients seek treatment 3-6 months after surgery to improve surgical scars. Usually a combination approach is needed to give improvement with lasers, microneedling/prp, subcision and fillers. Thank you for your question! I advise you to wait at least 6 months to allow your scar can heal as much as it can heal by itself. Depending on your scar, but in majority cases combination of treatments yields best results, starting off with laser.
