Thank you for your question Amaree08. I understand your concern.
IPL is a great treatment for facial rejuvenation. It can also be used off the face for permanent hair reduction. It is difficult to make an assessment without before photographs. However having a sebaceous cyst in an area is not a contraindication to laser treatment there. But I would not treat an area that is infected. Please consult with a doctor for specific recommendations. Good luck!

The most crucial question is the following:  are you sure it's a sebaceous cyst?  If yes, then IPL is fine.  But I would make sure there are no other possibilities, especially if this is new for you.
