So long as your parents consent, young age is not a contraindication to having a nonsurgical nose job with natural volumizing materials, such as hyaluronic acid or calcium hydroxylapatite that are subject to the body's normal metabolic and enzymatic breakdown processes.  I would strongly advise against the use of permanent, foreign fillers, such as silicone, artefill, and bioalcamid, as these cannot be removed or cannot be easily removed if the results are undesirable, or should contour changes in the surrounding tissue that take place with the passage of time might necessitate their removal. Be sure to see a physician injector with experience and expertise in performing nonsurgical nose jobs and insist upon seeing his/her before and after photos.

14-15 year olds have surgery on their nose so I am not sure why they couldn't have a non surgical approach.  However, you will need your parents consent.  Best, Dr. Emer.
