Be sure to see a physician injector with experience and expertise in performing nonsurgical nose jobs and insist upon seeing his/her before and after photos.

Alcohol 2 days after a non-surgical rhinoplasty will have very permanent effects, although alcohol is a vasodilator and will lead to increased swelling temporarily. It is best to relay your concerns to your surgeon as he or she will give you specific instructions. Good luck!
Without seeing you in person or even seeing your photos, it is difficult to answer this question accurately. However, most asian noses can be augmented satisfactorily with about 1ml mof filler.Hope this helps.
