I wouldn't worry at this point.  Your breast look normal at this point.  The breasts tend to swell and retain the swelling longer than other procedures.  I think you are going to be happy with your results, it just takes time to see your final result.  Thank you for your question.

It is likely true that with a very small reduction of 150 grams and swelling, you might indeed feel that you are the same size. Though your breast size will go down as the swelling resolves, your reduction was a modest one. Wait a full six months to judge your final breast size.
