I've definitely been thinking about the BBL because there is nothing on my hips or butt but my main concern is the permanent feeling afterwards? Would it feel natural, soft, and squishy or hard and stiff? Thats my only worry about getting this...

The buttocks will feel very natural as it is your own fat.   This is another desirable feature for the BBL compared to buttock implants.  I would search for the surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you
the best results. Look at reviews and before and after pictures on that

The final result is usually a soft buttocks which is very natural in appearance and to the touch. See a plastic surgeon, board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, who specializes in gluteal shaping.  They may be able to introduce you to a previous patient of theirs and you can see what the final result would be like.  I hope this helps and best wishes.
