It usually includes the hips if it is needed, but I suppose some may break it out.  The quote in my office includes all of the liposuction and fat transfer to all the areas that are necessary to re-shape your figure as well as augment the size of your buttocks.  Find a board-certified plastic surgeon, by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, who specializes in gluteal surgery for in person for a consultation.
