I sneezed and my packing came out of my nose. There isn't any bleeding, but should I go into the doctor? (Photo)

I'm 7 days post-op for a septoplasty, and sinus surgery. They cleared out my max. Sinuses and reduced my turbinates, along with a septoplasty. My doctor used dissolvable packing.
