Glasses sit crooked, what do I do?

To straighten a crooked nose requires a rhinoplasty procedure. This is considered cosmetic, and must be paid for by the patient. Is also going to be a revision rhinoplasty since you've  already had previous cartilage grafting materials placed in the nose, which makes it even more difficult. To straighten the crooked nasal bones requires osteotomies placed in them. To straighten  the midportion of the nose requires a spreader graft composed of the patient's own cartilage placed underneath the concave upper lateral cartilage. A tip- plasty with asymmetric cartilage grafting and cartilage removal can accomplish straightening the crooked nasal tip. A full set of facial photographs are required to make a determination about what can and cannot be accomplished. Rhinoplasty for the crooked nose is a very difficult endeavor, such as your surgeon wisely based on extensive experience.
