Splints out 7 days after septoplasty, could breath fine, 3 days later and one nostril is shut. Did my septum shift back?

I got a turbinectomy and septoplasty to fix a slight deviated septum blocking my left nostril. After removing the splints on week later I could breath fine from both nostrils, but now, 3 days after, my left nostril is completely shut and feels worse than before. Did my septum shift back?
