How soon can I expect to see real results from my Dysport treatment for crows feet?

The Dr. Treated me with 20 units for my crows feet. It's been 3 days and I'm yet to see any results. Just wondering when I cam exist to see results. Thank you

Typically, patients will start seeing results after just two to three days, with maximum effects by about day 7-10, but some patients may take longer to see the effects. The effects typically last three to four months before the treatment starts to wear off, and the treatment is usually repeated in order to maintain the results.  I would recommend waiting the full 10 days to see what your final results will be.  I always advise reaching out to the doctor who performed the injection with any questions or concerns that you might have.  All the best,

While Dysport normally can start working as soon as 2-3 days post treatment, it can take up to 14 days for it to take full effect. If after 14 days, you still do not see any change, then definitely contact your injector to add more units.

I typically use 30-45 units of Dysport in each crows feet region depending on the severity of the exam.  With this dosing, patients tend to see the beginning stages of the effect as soon as the next day and then the complete result taking effect within about 10-14 days.  If at two weeks you don't see anything, then I would add more as you may be under treated for the amount of movement that you have.

Your doctor may ask you to come back for a review at two weeks as this is the perfect time to assess if you treatment resulted in the desired effect or if you need additional units of Dysport at this stage.
