In 2012, I got my nose done and I wore the cast for about 10 days. I had to wear sutres/stitches for 7 days. I had terrible pain on my right side of my nose. When the sutres came out, we noticed the sutre was cutting into the right side of my nose because it was wrapped around the septum. My doctor assured me my nose would heal fine. Over time, the septum dropped and the tip of my nose started to swell and look disfigured as it is now.My doctor says another rhinoplasty could make it look worse.
