Looking to fill in the dark shadowy area by the right chin profile as seen. Is it possible to do so with fat grafting? The dip in chin only appears on right side, along with a droopy cheek look as well. I was wondering if a mixture of fat grafting to cheek bone and chin plus lower cheek fat removal would be a good choice? I want something more permanent than fillers but I don’t want implants. I just don’t like the droopy cheek/ infilled chin look.
